I did not receive a “reset password” link. Where do I find it?

If you have not received a “reset password” link from 123cards in your inbox, please check your spam filter. If it is not there, you can ask to resend it. The “Resend the link” button appears after 60 seconds on the page that confirms that we've sent you a reset password link. If you still have not received it, please check that you have entered the correct email address.

All Premium members are able to log in without a password at any time. If you are a Premium member, simply locate our welcome email with details of your subscription to locate your magic instant log-in link.
