I did not receive a “reset password” link. Where do I find it?

If you have not received a “reset password” link from 123cards in your inbox, please check your spam filter. If it is not there, you can ask to resend it. The “Resend the link” button appears after 60 seconds on “We've sent you an email" page. If you still have not received it, please check that you have entered the correct email address.
