I did not receive a “reset password” link

There can be multiple reasons why you have not received the reset password link.

  • Please check your spam filter.
  • If the email is not in spam, click the button “Resend the link”. The button will appear after 60 seconds on the page that confirms that we've sent you a reset password link.
  • Still haven't received the link? Check that you have entered the correct email address.
  • Are you a Premium member? You can log in at any time using the magic link in our welcome email, sent to you at sign up. Please find our welcome email with details of your subscription and you'll see the link that will let you log in instantly and without a password.
  • You have previously marked our emails as Spam and therefore we can no longer send emails to you. Please contact our customer service below so that we can remove your Spam label.
