What does it mean when my card is marked as "Draft"?
The status "Draft" means that the card is unfinished. In other words, you have not yet sent the card or scheduled it for delivery.
We save unfinished cards as drafts for 30 days. So if you were interrupted while creating your card, you can easily return and complete it without starting over.
You can always view your sent, scheduled, and draft cards directly from your account under "Sent cards".
From the overview, you can access the individual cards for details and options to further manage each card.
Other status types:
- "Read" means the card has been sent and opened by the recipient.
- "Unread" means the card has been sent but has yet to be opened by the recipient.
- "Bounced" means the card could not be delivered. This can happen if the email address was entered incorrectly or if there is an issue with the recipient like a full inbox or similar. You will also have received an email from us with more information and a link to edit & resend the card.
- "Scheduled" means the card is set to be sent at a later time or date. The card will be sent automatically as scheduled.
