How do I delete my account?

We respect your privacy and follow the GDPR regulations. If you wish to delete your account, please visit the Edit Profile page here.

Please make sure you are logged in to access the page.

Once you have access the page, please click the link "Delete my account" at the bottom of the page to delete all details about you including all of your sent and received cards, email address etc.

Your private account information is protected by login. Therefore, you’ll be asked to login when you click on the links in this article.

To log in, please use the same email address you use to send ecards. If you have forgotten your password, you’ll be able to reset it by clicking on reset password link on the following page. If you have problems logging in, please see this article.
