123CARDS.COM TERMS OF SALE

These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of all services (including purchase of memberships, trial memberships, gift memberships, premium card upgrades and other services) through 123cards.com website. By purchasing or signing up for any services through our website, you affirmatively acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms of Sale and agree to be bound by them as in effect at the time of your purchase.

These Terms of Sale are subject to change from time to time. In the event of such changes, we will post the changes on 123cards.com website and/or notify you via email.

Membership purchase

If you decide to purchase a membership on 123cards.com, we will charge you the applicable membership price for the applicable membership term using your selected payment method at the time of purchase. A membership is a recurring subscription and you will be billed on a recurring basis unless you cancel.

If membership prices change in the future, you will be notified in advance about the changes via email. It is important to keep in mind that if you signed up for a membership during a promotional period, the promotional price may only be active for a certain period of time.

Trial periods

Your free trial begins once you click the start trial button. We won’t charge your card until the end of your trial. If you cancel your subscription during the trial period you will not be charged. If you don’t cancel by last day of your trial, your card will be charged for the first year of your membership.

123cards will automatically continue your membership at the end of your free trial and charge the membership fee to your payment method on an annual basis until you cancel.

Renewals

All memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current term.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. However, payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds, in whole or in part, for partially used periods. You will not be able to receive a refund for a membership term that has already commenced. Following the cancellation, your access to membership features will continue only for the remainder of your applicable membership term.

The membership may only be used to send personal ecards. We do not set a hard limit on the number of ecards you can send by email, within fair and reasonable usage limit. The membership may not be used for commercial, marketing, promotional purposes or similar. We may cancel your membership immediately and without prior notice for breach of these terms.
