I have received an ecard, but I am asked personal information like my full name and my date of birth when picking up my ecard. Why?
None of the information we ask for during the picking up card process is required in order for you to see your ecard, so if you feel it is too intrusive you can skip filling out this information altogether.
We use this data only to create the best experience possible for our users. We ask for a full name as it would help us deliver the emails with ecards. We ask for the date of birth so that we can send a surprise birthday ecard, that is truly awesome and unique on your birthday. We ask which country you are from so that we will not send you newsletters with holidays and celebrations that are not relevant for you.
