When I try to view a card, I see a cross in the middle of the card and the card would not play.
Our cards are stored on servers around the world, so they should be accessible from anywhere in the world. You should simply click on the "Play" button to view the card. If, on the other hand, you are experiencing a glitch and the card would not play, displaying a white and black cross in the middle of the screen, please simply refresh the page by clicking on the little "Reload this page" arrow in the browser window. You will then see a "Play" button. Click on the "Play" button to see the card.
