We always send an email informing you that your card has been sent. Please check your spam filter or the folder with All emails (in Gmail). If using Hotmail, Outlook or Live, remember to check the folder "Other".
If our confirmation email is not there, you may have provided the wrong email address to us when sending your ecard, so our confirmation email went astray. If you see that the email provided was correct (you can check it under your account), but you have not received the confirmation email from us, it could be that your email provider is blocking emails from us. In this case, please contact your email provider instead.
You can always see all of your sent cards if you visit "My Page" and click on the folder to view "Sent cards". Please note that you need to log in to access "My Page".
