Why do I have a charge on my credit card?

There can be any of the following 3 reasons, why you have been charged.

1) You have started a subscription with us. We have sent you an email notifying you of your started membership. Please check your spam folder, if you have not received an email from us in your inbox.

2) Your subscription has been auto-renewed for the next term. All active subscription are renewed at the end of the term as a service to our customers.

3) You have been charged a one-time fee for a single Premium card. Check your membership type under "Account details" on "My Page". It should state that you are a free member.

If you do not wish to keep your subscription for the full term, you have 14 days since renewal to switch to a shorter plan. Click on the button below to switch plans.
