Why do I have a charge on my credit card?

There can be one out of three reasons why you have had a charge to your credit card.

1) You have started a free 7-day trial with us when sending a premium card and you have been charged at the end of the trial. We have sent you an email notifying of your membership. Please check your spam folder, if you have not received an email from us in your inbox. You are now a Premium member. Welcome! You can check your status by logging in and looking under "Account Details" on "My Page". You can also click on your name in the right top corner of the page, which is a link, and you'll see the type of plan you have. You have 14 days since renewal to switch to a shorter plan. 2) Your subscription has been auto-renewed. Please note that all active subscription are renewed at the end of the term as a service to our customers. 3) You have been charged a one-time fee for a single Premium card. Check your membership type under "Account details" on "My Page". It should state that you are a free member.
