Why do I have a charge on my credit card?

There can be any of the following 3 reasons, why you have been charged.

  • You have started a subscription with us. We have sent you an email notifying you of your started membership. Please check your Junk/Spam folder, if you have not received an email from us in your inbox. If using Hotmail, Outlook, or Live email providers, please remember to check the folder - "Other". Please note that Hotmail, Outlook and Live email providers delete emails in the Junk folder after 10 days.
  • Your subscription has been auto-renewed for the next term. All active subscriptions are renewed at the end of the term as a service to our customers.
  • You have been charged a one-time fee for a single Premium card. Check your membership type under "Account details" on "My Page". It should state that you are a free member.

If you do not wish to keep your subscription for the full term, you have 14 days since renewal to switch to a shorter plan. Click on the button below to switch plans.
